The first course of the year was held at Loch Arthur Community, Beeswing on 22nd & 23rd April.
Six trainees attended the course and were under the instruction of Jim Scott a master craftsman. According to the follow-up reports, everyone enjoyed the weekend and no doubt the excellent weather conditions helped.
Sadly, we were without our secretary and caterer due to ill health and we would like to thank Sandra Dunn, for coping on her own. We also have to thank Sandra's daughter for providing the transport for Sandra or there would have been no lunches or teas on offer.

Some news concerning GS 2015. We will be building a ‘Natural Time Garden’ this year consisting of a curved red sand stone wall, a sundial feature and a laminar flow of water to act as the gnomon. The garden will be planted out by Caulders and the whole should make a colourful display.
The build weekend is 23/24 May and we hope as many of you can come along and meet up again for a bit of communal walling as in past years. Kick off for the build will be from 09.00 o’clock to 09.30 to allow for travel. Don’t hesitate to get in touch for any further information. regards norman
